Ukrenergo warned of a possible blackout on Sunday in the capital and eight other regions.
In Ukraine, on Sunday, November 13, scheduled power outages in eight regions, as well as in Kyiv, will operate, reports Ukrenergo.
So, closures are planned to:
-
Kyiv,
-
Kievskaya,
-
Chernihiv,
-
Cherkasy,
-
Zhytomyr,
-
Sumy,
-
Kharkiv,
-
Poltava
-
Donetsk regions.
It was noted that in other regions of Ukraine, the blackout on November 13 was not planned.
Ukrenergo noted that any restrictions on electricity consumption are the result of damage to part of the energy system by Russian missiles and drones.
“Repair crews are working around the clock, but it takes time to restore high-tech equipment,” the publication said.
Also, Ukrainians are urged to continue to be aware of electricity consumption. Especially – during peak consumption hours in the morning and evening.
It was previously reported that emergency power outages have been canceled in Kyiv and hourly schedules are returning.
It will be recalled that on the night of Friday, November 11, Russian troops hit a critical infrastructure facility in the Vinnitsa region.
