Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) Alexey Danilov did statement about negotiations with the Russian Federation.
“Russia, negotiations. The main condition of the President of Ukraine is the restoration of territorial integrity. The guarantee of fulfillment is modern air defense, aviation, tanks and long-range missiles. The strategy is actions to avoid,” he said.
According to Danilov, Russian missiles must be destroyed before launching in the air, on land and at sea.
Recall that the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky named five conditions for the start of negotiations with the Russian Federation: restoration of territorial integrity; respect for the UN Charter; compensation for all losses caused by war; punishment of every war criminal; ensuring that the invasion does not happen again.
As Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the Office of the President, said, the terms of negotiations with Russia – surrender and loss of territories – are unacceptable for Ukraine.
