Ukrainian aviation delivered 24 strikes on enemy positions per day. One Russian Su-25 and five UAVs were shot down.
In the past day, the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled the attacks of the invaders in the areas of ten settlements: Krasnogorovka, Bakhmut, Ivangrad, Experienced, Kleschievka, Maryinka, Pavlovka, Vodyany, Mayorsk, Donetsk region and Belogorovka, Luhansk region. This was announced on November 8 by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the morning report.
It was noted that the enemy is trying to hold the temporarily occupied territories and is conducting offensive operations in the direction of Bakhmut, Avdeevsky and Novopavlovsky.
Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops have launched nine missiles and 37 air strikes, carrying out more than 100 attacks from multiple rocket launch systems. Areas of more than 25 settlements of Kharkiv, Lugansk, Donetsk, Zaporozhye, Dnepropetrovsk, Kherson and Nikolaev regions were subjected to attacks.

The enemy continues to suffer losses. Fire damage was confirmed in the area of concentration of military equipment (about 20 units) on November 5 in the city of Golaya Pristan, Kherson region.
The destruction of warehouses with ammunition by infidels on November 5-6 in the settlements of Gorlovka in the Donetsk region and Svatovo in the Lugansk region was also confirmed.
Ukrainian aviation made 24 strikes against the enemy in the past day. 17 places of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment were hit, as well as seven positions of the enemy’s air defense systems.
Defense forces shoot in different directions at an enemy Su-25 aircraft, UAV Lancet-3 and four drones Orlan-10.
In the past 24 hours, rockets and artillery units hit five command posts, two areas of concentration of manpower, weapons and military equipment, two ammunition depots, two anti-aircraft missile systems and an area of occupier artillery firing positions.
