In the occupied Melitopol, Zaporozhye region, the Russian occupiers built a monument to Lenin, which was dismantled in 2015. This was reported by RIA Melitopol.
It is reported that the monument was built in preparation for the sacred “holiday” for Russians on November 7 – the day of the October Revolution. The opening of the monument was attended, in particular, by local collaborator Taras Genov.
The monument to Lenin in Melitopol was dismantled in 2015 after a long dispute between Maidan activists and local pro-Russian elements. After dismantling, the demolished Lenin was placed in one of the communal warehouses.
According to RIA Melitopol, another traitor was involved in the issuance of the monument to Lenin – Aleksey Tegimbaev, who received from the occupiers the position of the director of the fake department of construction and housing and communal services, and the pseudo-director of the KP Zhilmassiv Andrey Khrushch.
Remember that in Melitopol the invaders “nationalized” the property of the Ukrainians. After “nationalization” the property was sold to other temporarily occupied regions, as well as to the Russian Federation.
