Now every exchange office must pay an advance fee. The changes will take effect on January 1, 2023.
The Parliament at its meeting on October 3 adopted the general bill No. 7655 on the obligation to pay a fixed amount of an initial corporate income tax contribution for each money exchange office. This was announced by the first deputy chairman of the Tax Committee of the Verkhovna Rada Yaroslav Zheleznyak.
Now each exchange office must pay an advance fee: three minimum wages – for each exchange office in a settlement with more than 50,000 inhabitants; a minimum wage in a locality with less than 50,000 inhabitants.
It is noted that the changes will take effect on January 1, 2023.
It was previously reported that the Rada is preparing a fixed tax for exchangers.
Remember that the National Bank allowed exchangers to set any exchange rate for purchasing currency.
