“Sunday morning, the occupiers of Energodar started provocations. Today, as a result of the shelling of the industrial zone by the racists, most of the city was left without electricity,” Orlov wrote.
According to him, it was known beforehand that the Russians had hit one of the substations.
“We are awaiting updates on the extent of the damage and the restoration of power supply,” the mayor added.
Earlier, Dmitry Orlov said that Energodar is on the verge of a humanitarian disaster. In addition to ongoing problems with electricity, gas and water supply, there are still no prospects for the launch of heating in the city.
