The head of state urges Ukrainians to be aware of electricity consumption.
Stabilization and emergency power outages in the regions of Ukraine are an order of magnitude smaller, but there is still such a need. This is what President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Saturday, October 29.

“We are doing everything to make power outages as predictable as possible, and people can plan their day. Separately, I thank those who worked, who are working to restore electricity to the city of Uman and the district of Umansky of the Cherkasy region. There really is a difficult situation after one of the Russian strikes”, – he said.
The difficult situation, according to the head of state, continues in the Kyiv region.
“The situation is critical, but now we are fixing it,” he said.
At the same time, Zelensky emphasizes that the return of the technical possibility of supply does not mean that the lack of energy in the system has been overcome, and calls on Ukrainians to be aware of electricity consumption.
“This need remains. Now we all need to contribute to maintaining the stability of the entire energy system,” he added.
It should be noted that, according to official data, stabilization blackouts in Ukraine due to Russia’s attack on the country’s energy infrastructure affected nearly four million people.
