The understaffing of 107 and the formation of 24 regiments with a total strength of about 146 thousand people continues.
Deputy Defense Minister Anna Malyar said that, in mid-October, about 200 thousand people were called up as part of the mobilization in Russia. He said this in a briefing on October 20.
According to Malyar, the Russian Federation managed to mobilize about 66% of the announced plan.
“According to the available data, the completion of 107 and the formation of 24 regular and reserve regiments with a total strength of approximately 146,000 people is ongoing. This is happening in all military districts, the fleet and the air force ,” he said.
Malyar also added that due to the accelerated pace of mobilization, the Russian Federation is still having problems with the lack of a sufficient amount of barracks and housing stock, educational base and material, clothing, and instructors for the training of the called.
Remember, as the American Institute for the Study of War said, partial mobilization in the Russian Federation increased ethnic division, racism and xenophobia in society.
It has also been reported that the Russian Federation is conducting mass mobilization in the occupied territories.
