Collaborator Vladimir Saldo said that the so-called leadership of the Kherson region decided to move to the left bank in connection with the alleged preparation of a counter-offensive by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was reported by the Russian edition of RIA Novosti.
According to the collaborator, all departments and ministries of the so-called “civil administration” of the Kherson region are moving to the left bank of the Dnieper.
The balance also added that the entry of civilians into the Kherson region will be closed for a week.
Previously appointed by the Russian invaders, the pseudo-head of the Kherson region, Saldo, appealed to the ruling regime of the Russian Federation with a request to “help evacuate the local population.”
