The pseudo-head of the Kherson region, Saldo, appointed by the conquerors, announced the evacuation of the population to the left bank of the Dnieper.
The commander of Russian troops in Ukraine, Sergei Surovikin, said that a difficult situation has developed in the direction of Kherson. This was reported by RosSMI.
According to him, it is said that “there is information about the possibility of the Kyiv regime using prohibited methods of war in the area of the city of Kherson, about the preparation of a massive missile attack on the dam of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station, in the city itself, no target is chosen.”
Surovkin added that the Russian Federation will ensure the evacuation of the population under the resettlement program being prepared by the Russian government.
In this regard, the pseudo-head of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo, appointed by the Russian occupiers, recorded a video message in which he announced the evacuation of the civilian population on the left bank of the Dnieper.
“There is an immediate danger of flooding the territories due to the planned destruction of the dam of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station and the release of water from the cascade of power plants above the Dnieper,” he said.
It will be recalled that Saldo previously asked the Kremlin “to help evacuate the local population” in connection with “regular missile attacks from Ukraine.”
