In Nikolaev, on the evening of October 16, the invaders got into oil tanks.
Rashists destroyed two tanks with sunflower oil, each containing about 7.5 thousand tons of oil. Currently, the liquid flows into the city storm sewer, according to TSN.
The Nazis from Russia carried out the attack with three drones. The tanks caught fire, the mayor Alexander Senkevich wrote in the Telegram channel.
A fire also broke out at a pharmaceutical compound. All fires were eliminated by the rescuers of the State Emergency Service, the mayor of the city noted.
According to the press service of emergency officials, kamikaze drones hit the building of a production workshop in the Zavodskoy district of the city. Rescuers at 23:15 localized and at 00:15 eliminated the fire on an area of 800 square meters. At 22.19, also after the drone attack, two tanks with unprocessed oil caught fire on the territory of the enterprise in the Zavodskoy district.
The situation near the enterprise is difficult, given the amount of oil that flows out into the street. Rescuers struggled with a flame some hours, – the press officer of the Nikolaev regional military administration Dmitry Pletenchuk reported.
