“Vinnytsia region is again under rocket fire. There were hits on a critical infrastructure facility. Preliminary – no casualties,” the head of OVA wrote.

It will be recalled that on Monday morning, Russian troops attacked the capital of Ukraine with 28 kamikaze drones, five of which were able to fly and explode in the city. They destroyed energy facilities and a residential building in the Shevchenko district.
