The SBU identified 30 new collaborators who joined the occupation bodies of the “Ministry of Internal Affairs” and the “Prosecutor General’s Office” in the Luhansk region. This was reported by the press service of the SBU.
“SBU employees documented the criminal activities of a representative of the so-called investigative department for the Starobelsky district of the LPR Prosecutor General’s Office. The attacker was involved in organizing the illegal prosecution of former Ukrainians military and law enforcement officers living in eastern Ukraine. It was established that the “official” along with his subordinates entered the houses of local residents under the pretext of fabricated “cases criminal”.
Security Service investigators notified him without suspicion of collaboration and violation of the invulnerability of the housing, committed with the use of violence or the threat of its use.
In addition, local residents were known to join the ranks of the so-called “district departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the LPR” in Starobelsky and Svatovsky districts.
“The SBU established the addresses of stay, travel routes and a list of “connections” of the collaborators. Steps are ongoing to hold them accountable for crimes against Ukraine,” the SBU press service said in a statement .
