The girl’s son Maxim Tsybanev said that his mother went to the cemetery on October 6, and on the 10th a policeman came for her. The woman was taken to the police station and kept there for a long time, and then they said they would search her house.

On Tuesday, October 11, a case was opened against Irina Tsybaneva under Article 244 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (desecration of the bodies of the dead and their graves, committed on the basis of political, ideological, racial, national or religious hatred. or enmity).
