Russian intelligence agencies have personally accused the head of Ukrainian intelligence of organizing an explosion on the Crimean bridge.
The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine called the FSB’s accusations of organizing the explosion on the Crimean bridge “nonsense”.
“All the activities of the FSB and the Investigative Committee are nonsense. These are fake structures that serve the Putin regime, so we will certainly not comment on their further statements. It is surprising that no business cards have been found in the area of ” the Crimean bridge,” said Andrey Yusov, a spokesman for the Main Intelligence Directorate in a comment to Suspilny.
As reported, the FSB believes that the head of GUR, Kirill Budanov, was behind the explosion on the Crimean bridge. In total, the FSB allegedly identified 12 accomplices in the “terrorist act” and detained eight.
Recall that on October 8, around six in the morning, a truck exploded on the Crimean bridge, after which the fuel tanks caught fire. Traffic here was suspended due to the damage, but in the evening it was partially restored.
