Accusing Ukraine of terrorism after the strike on residential high-rise buildings in Zaporozhye is too cynical even for Russia.
The adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Mikhail Podolyak on Sunday, October 9, responded to the words of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin about the alleged “terrorist act” of the Ukrainian special services in Crimean bridge. He said accusing Ukraine of terrorism was too cynical even for Russia, he wrote Twitter.
“Putin accused Ukraine of terrorism? It seems too cynical even for Russia. Less than 24 hours since Russian planes fired 12 rockets at a residential area in Zaporozhye, killing 13 people and wounding more than 50. No, just a terrorist state,” wrote Podolyak, adding that the whole world knows who it is.
Recall that today Putin for the first time commented on the destruction of the Crimean bridge, saying that it was a terrorist attack aimed at destroying the critical civilian infrastructure of the Russian Federation.
As reported, on the night of October 9, Russian troops attacked Zaporozhye with 22 missiles. In one of the nine-story buildings, all nine floors of the entrance collapsed. The number of people under the rubble is unknown. According to the latest reports, at least 87 people were injured.
