The permanent representative noted that this unit was “according to Russia’s preliminary plans that Kyiv should be captured” and spent a month in Bucha, sorting out fears against the civilian population.
“The military of this brigade, many of whom have already been identified, is responsible for the widespread brutality in Bucha. This is the Russian interpretation of heroism and bravery-to kill hundreds of unarmed civilians, raping dozens of women and girls and, finally, fled from the Ukrainian troops, ”Kyslytsya said.
