More than 50 people are buried in the cemetery: there are simply numbered graves, but some burials are marked with nameplates.

In the recently liberated region of Liman, Donetsk, more than 50 graves with civilians were found. Hromadske reported on this.

The Russians reportedly dug trenches and forced people suspected of collaborating with the Ukrainian military to collect the bodies of the dead for reburial.

Not all the people buried have been identified.

“Their bodies may lie in the streets for a long time. Also, those who die as a result of shelling are sometimes buried by their neighbors,” the report said.

Moreover, the invaders did not remove the dead bodies of their soldiers.

“The Russians settled in one of the houses and organized a first aid post there. When they retreated, they took the wounded and left the dead,” said Hromadske.

It is noted that more than 50 people are buried in this cemetery: there are only numbered graves, but some burials are marked with tablets with the names of the dead.

Recall that the Armed Forces of Ukraine regained control of Liman in early October.
