In the village of Pesky-Radkovsky in the Izyum district of the Kharkov region, the invaders tortured the Ukrainians – they buried them alive in the ground. This was announced on Tuesday, October 4, by the Deputy Head of the Main Department of the National Police in the Kharkiv Region – Head of the Investigation Department Serhiy Bolvinov on his Facebook page.
“After the liberation of the village of Pesky-Radkovsky, local residents turned to the police that in the basement of one of the houses they kept captured local residents, ATO participants and prisoners of the Armed Forces of Ukraine . with a rag,” said Bolvinov.
He also said that a dildo, a box with torn dentures, wires with ropes and a sheet with an interrogation of one of the men imprisoned in it were found in the torture chamber.
The local police chief said that neighbors have always heard screams of torture.
Bolvinov added that the police know the names and surnames of the servicemen who were mocked by the Russians.
“Investigators and prosecutors are trying to establish all the facts that happened in this torture chamber. Justice will find every perpetrator,” he insisted.
He noted that after the de-occupation of the region, the police continued to receive statements about collaborators, crimes of the Russian army.
