This decision is explained by the weakening of power positions due to the long war and mobilization.

The group of the leader of the Russian opposition and political prisoner Alexei Navalny announced the continuation of the work of the headquarters against the background of the weakening of the Putin regime. This was reported on Tuesday, October 4, by the Siren publication created by Navalny’s associates.

“Navalny’s team intends to revive the network of regional headquarters,” the statement said.

They also added that such a decision was made “in connection with the weakening of the position of the Putin regime after seven months of war and mobilization.”

Recall that in the spring of 2021, in the Russian Federation, Navalny’s headquarters was included in the list of terrorists and extremists.

As reported, a Moscow court in March of this year sentenced Alexei Navalny to nine years in a strict regime colony.
