The National Security and Defense Council has decided that it is impossible to negotiate with Russian President Putin.
President Volodymyr Zelensky implemented the September 30 decision of the National Security and Defense Council on Ukraine’s actions in response to Russia’s attempt to annex Ukrainian territories, excluding the possibility of negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin .
“To state the impossibility of holding negotiations with the President of the Russian Federation V. Putin,” the document said.
The decree also approved the decision of the National Security and Defense Council on Ukraine’s application to join NATO in an accelerated manner.
Earlier, Zelensky said that in the event of the annexation of the Ukrainian territories by Russia, negotiations with Putin would be impossible.
At the same time, he said that Ukraine is ready for a dialogue with Russia, but not with Putin, but with another president of the Russian Federation.
