The pro-Russian propagandist is the “face” of the TV channel “Lugansk 24” – the so-called “state television broadcasting company of the LPR” and has a direct influence on its information policy.
He works as a host of anti-Ukrainian programs, and also participates in radio broadcasts of a propaganda program. In his materials, he spreads disinformation and justifies the crimes of the Russian army against the civilian population.
The so-called “GTRK LPR” is under the “Ministry of Communications” of the labor administration of the Russian Federation. His activities are aimed at discrediting the Ukrainian authorities and the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings is carried out by investigators of the Main Directorate of the SBU in Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
Recall that a 38-year-old resident of Kiev was previously notified of suspicion, having distributed leaflets with symbols of the communist totalitarian regime.
