“The whole of Europe is preparing for the most difficult winter due to the Russian aggression. Ukraine must also go through this warming period with dignity and integrity,” concluded the head of the Cabinet.
Earlier, Shmyhal admitted that Ukraine will accumulate less gas at the beginning of the heating season than planned.
