Today, September 28, the air defense forces shot down several missiles. This was announced by the head of Zaporozhye OVA Oleksandra Starukh.
“The air defense forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are working! Today, the air defense neutralized the missiles launched in the direction of Zaporozhye and two nearby large cities. Thanks to our defenders, at least two missiles did not reach in every city. We We are proud of the heroes! We are grateful for the saved lives and cities!” – wrote the head of the OVA on the official TG channel.
Air Command Vostok released more specific information.
“During the missile attack, the enemy used 5 Kh-59 guided air missiles against the Su-35 at facilities in the Dnepropetrovsk and Zaporozhye regions. The units of the Dnieper anti-aircraft missile brigade and the Nikopol anti-aircraft missile regiment neutralized 4 of them. : 1 missile was shot down in the Zaporozhye region, 1 – in the Krivorozhsky district, 2 more missiles were destroyed in the Sinelnikovo area,” the report said.
It will be remembered that today, September 28, Kryvyi Rih was subjected to another missile attack.
