They added that the monthly rainfall in October will also be “normative”. In most regions, 26-58 mm is expected, and in some places in the Carpathians 68-88 mm.
The world weather portal wisemeteo reports that this year the weather in October in Kyiv will be cold but sunny. Compared to the fall of 2021, this year’s fall will be drier.
However, the background temperature in Kyiv will be low, according to the portal. Hot dry weather is expected in the first part of the month. In a few days, the thermometer will rise to 19°. However, it is colder than October 2021.
People’s weather forecaster Volodymyr Derkach said that the beautiful days of early October in Ukraine will be spoiled by light rain. However, after this, the country will become hotter and the long-awaited Indian summer will come. It will also affect the beginning of the second decade.
According to him, after the Feast of the Intercession (October 14), cooling will begin, and the possibility of light precipitation will increase. He also mentioned that the nights will be cold, but the temperature will not drop below 0 degrees.
The last ten days of October do not provide much heat, but 2-3 hotter days are expected.
