In turn, the mayor of Nikolaev, Alexander Senkevich, also reported explosions in the city.
“Many explosions erupted in Nikolaev. We are clarifying the situation. I will inform you of the operational information in the morning,” wrote the head of the city council.
Telegram channels say Mykolaiv is being taken by Grads from occupied Kherson.
We added that netizens were also reporting strong explosions across the demarcation line in Donbass, especially outside Donetsk and Lugansk.
