“The 61-year-old defendant, who is one of the real beneficiaries of the group of companies, violated the ban on the import of goods from Russia into the customs territory of Ukraine. Agricultural machinery from Russia and Belarus were bought and sold through offshore companies. ,” the report said.
It was found that the property of the attacker was taken, including bank accounts, in which there is a total of almost three million dollars, corporate rights, 18 land plots, 26 non-residential premises, private houses and apartments, luxury cars etc.
Law enforcement officials open criminal proceedings under the article on funding actions committed with the purpose of forcibly changing or overthrowing the constitutional order or usurping state power, changing territorial boundaries or state border of Ukraine (part 3 of article 110-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The penalty of the article provides up to eight years in prison.
