Sinegubov also said that the occupiers were continuing the “war” on the civilian population of the Kharkiv region.
“Such attacks against the civilian population are clearly a reaction to the poor attempt by the Russians to take Kharkov, which ended in their defeat at the beginning of the aggression,” the UVA leader said.
According to the head of the National Police in the Kharkiv region, Sergei Bolvinov, 13 civilians were killed that day as a result of the shelling of Russian troops in the Kharkiv region.
