The Russian invaders sent newcomers to mobilize military personnel in their units on the contact line without any preparation. This was announced on Sunday, September 25, by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook in its operational information at 18:00.
“The command of the Russian occupation forces is sending newcomers to the mobilization of military personnel without training to resupply units that have suffered losses directly on the contact line,” said statement.
They also noted that this significantly affects the decrease in the level of morale and psychological state of enemy military personnel and the quality of their performance of duties.
Recall that Putin announced a partial mobilization, which caused a wide resonance among Russians: some people came out to protest, and another part tried to travel to other countries.
