To hold a pseudo-referendum in the Luhansk region, the occupiers used fake votes, people were forced to vote without documents and directly in their places of residence. This was announced by the head of Lugansk OVA Serhiy Gaidai.
According to Gaidai, Alchevsk has almost run out of men.

“Those with jobs who refuse to go to the polling stations are threatened with dismissal. Even those who left for Russia were found, inviting them to vote there as well,” Gaidai said.
