“Among them are the Russian security forces, their henchmen from the local “MVD” formed by the occupiers, and the leaders of the so-called “territorial election commission,” the ministry said.
As it was established, units of the Russian Guard and the military police from Russia should provide “protection” of the pseudo-vote. Collaborators from labor administrations and private security structures controlled by the special services of the Russian Federation were sent to “help” them.
“The security service collected the constituent data of all the organizers of illegal activities, established their places of residence and movement routes, and also documented criminal actions,” the security forces asserted.
The offender faces punishment under the articles on cooperation activities (part 2 of article 28, part 5 of article 111-1 of the Criminal Code) and on encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine (part 2 of article 110 of the Criminal Code) .
As reported, SBU investigators have already opened more than 1,600 criminal proceedings under the article on cooperation activities.
