The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) will destroy all who oppose them – both volunteers and mobilized. This is what the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Valery Zaluzhny, said on his Telegram channel on Wednesday, September 21.
“We were not intimidated by the enemy’s full-scale offensive. Moreover, we were united and adequately met the enemy,” the military emphasized.
According to him, the current announcement of mobilization in Russia is a definite confirmation of a well-deserved rejection of the invaders from the Ukrainian military.
He also noted that today “hundreds of thousands of men and women are defending their own land, their own homes, their children and the future of Ukraine.”
“Therefore, no statements by the military-political leadership of the aggressor country will affect our readiness to fight for our freedom. We will destroy all who come to our land with arms – whether voluntarily or through mobilization,” insisted Zaluzny.
It should be noted that Zaluzhny previously said that he spoke by phone with the commander of the US Armed Forces in Europe, General Christopher Cavoli and the head of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mark Milley. The US military praised the actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In addition, the United States, together with its allies, is now discussing the possibility of providing Ukraine with air defense assets and fighter jets.
