The Russian military smashed a famous landmark in the city of Izyum in the Kharkiv region – stone Polovtsian women. This was announced on Sunday, September 18, by journalist Vitaly Shkolny on his Facebook page.
He noted that the sculptures were built in the 9th-13th centuries and are located on Mount Kremenets.
“The Polovtsian women in Izyum on Mount Kremenets. They survived for more than a thousand years. They are like that now after the flight of the occupying armies,” he wrote.
