The government simplified the procedure for applying for pensions in the territories liberated from the occupiers. This was announced by the representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnichuk.

Now, in order for the residents of territorial settlements located in the area of hostilities or under temporary occupation, siege and in de-occupied settlements to receive pensions, it is necessary, within three months after the de- occupation, to apply for a pension. or financial assistance to the Pension Fund of Ukraine or the social protection of the population. This can be done through the village, town, city head, chief, indicating the date and place of application, position, first name and last name of the person who received the application.
Earlier, Zelensky said that all Ukrainian pensioners will receive payments for the months they were underemployed.
