During the day, the enemy launched two missiles and eight air strikes and carried out 13 attacks from rocket artillery systems on objects on the territory of Ukraine.
The Russian invaders are constantly shelling our positions on the front line, trying to take steps to regroup their troops in separate directions, and conduct aerial reconnaissance. The threat of enemy air and missile strikes remains across Ukraine. The General Staff reported this in the evening report on September 13.
The enemy continues to attack civilians and civilian infrastructure, violating the norms of International Humanitarian Law, the laws and customs of war. Russian air and missile strikes, fire from enemy MLRS damaged infrastructure in the areas of the settlements of Belogorovka, Nikolaevka, Verkhnekamennoye, Veselaya Dolina, Zaitsevo, Yuryevka, New York, Pervomayskoye, Kamenka, Vremevka, Stepnoe, Maly Shcherbaki, Dry Pond, Kostromka, Belaya Krinitsa and Mirnoe.
During the day, the enemy launched two missiles and eight air strikes and carried out 13 attacks from rocket artillery systems on objects on the territory of Ukraine.
In the directions of Volyn and Polesye, the situation has not changed significantly. As part of the command and staff training at the Brest training ground, the armed forces of the Republic of Belarus held a rally with live firing to repel the offensive of a mock enemy, with its subsequent withdrawal from the country.
In another direction, the enemy fired at our infrastructure with tanks, mortars and artillery.
In the Yuzhnobuzhsky direction, more than 25 settlements were subjected to artillery shelling by the invaders. In addition, the enemy intensively conducted aerial reconnaissance by UAV, making approximately 70 sorties.
Russian occupation forces continued to loot. So, on the section of the Starobelsk-Lugansk highway, in the direction of Luhansk, about 300 civilian vehicles were noted, most of them with Kharkiv region state license plates. Most of the vehicles with trailers full of stolen property were driven by Russian military personnel. A similar trend is observed in the settlements of the temporarily occupied territories in southern Ukraine. In the city of Pologi, Zaporozhye region, Russian invaders broke the doors of private garages and took private cars from local residents. In Novaya Kakhovka, Kherson region, occupiers began taking furniture and household appliances from temporarily abandoned houses.
The Russian military leadership is taking steps to fill the occupying troops with younger officers. According to available information, the early graduation of the fifth-year cadets of the Black Sea Higher Naval School named after Nakhimov was announced in December this year. Also, early graduations will be in other educational institutions of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
The lack of tactical-level commanders is due to the refusal of reserve officers to sign contracts against the backdrop of recent events. The practice of self-mutilation is spreading beyond the occupiers to get treatment in a medical institution and avoid participation in the hostilities on the territory of Ukraine. A significant part of the servicemen did not return to the military units after the end of the leave period.
The defense forces successfully repelled enemy attacks in the areas of Zaitsevo, Odradovka, Bakhmut, Bakhmutskoye, Veselaia Dolina, Avdeevka, Bezymyanny and Novogrigorevka settlements.
Recall that the current situation and lack of trust in the high command of the Russian Federation forced a large number of volunteers to definitely reject the prospect of serving in combat conditions.
