Meanwhile, the press service of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry reported that the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and the US Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Karen Donfried discussed by phone the ongoing clashes and tensions on the Azerbaijani-Armenian border.
Later, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that Armenia’s losses as a result of shelling on the border with Azerbaijan amounted to 49 people killed. However, this figure is not final.
