Border villages are periodically subject to shelling, according to the Russian side, from Ukraine.
Belgorod Region Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov urged residents of the villages of Zhuravlevka and Nekhoteevka to temporarily leave their homes. On Monday, September 12, he announced this on his Telegram channel.
According to him, the situation in Zhuravlevka is difficult, but all services are in their places.
“We continue to convince people who are still in Zhuravlevka and Nekhoteevka to temporarily leave their homes. And we will do this until we are convinced,” Gladkov wrote.

The Ministry of Defense blamed the Russians for outlandish explanations for the explosions
