As a result of enemy shooting at a residential building in the Novobavarsky district of Kharkov, one person was killed and two were wounded. This was announced on the morning of September 12 by the mayor of the city, Igor Terekhov.
“So far, it is known about one dead and two injured. The house itself was partially destroyed. The water supply in Kharkov was restored at night. The metro and ground electric transport are working normally,” he said.

As clarified by the State Emergency Service, one of the Russian missiles fired at the city from the territory of the Russian Federation hit a three-story building.
