The Russian military has launched a missile attack on the airport infrastructure in the city of Alexandria, located in the Kirovograd region. This was announced on Saturday, April 16, by the mayor of Alexandria Sergey Kuzmenko on Facebook.
“The city of Alexandria, 22:26 April 15 – a missile attack on the airport infrastructure. Rescue operations are continuing,” Kuzmenko wrote.
It is not yet known what exactly the damage was. It also did not say if anyone was killed.
Earlier, British intelligence reported that Kramatorsk and Konstantinovka in the Donetsk region were likely to be new targets for indiscriminate attacks from Russia.
