The Russian leader’s spokesman forwarded journalists’ questions about the course of “special military operations” in Ukraine to the Ministry of Defense.
The Kremlin did not comment on the situation in the Balakleya region near Kharkov and other events in the armed conflict zone in Ukraine. This was announced at a briefing on September 9 by the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Peskov, Interfax reports.
“Regarding the course of special military operations, it is with my colleague Konashenkov (official representative of the RF Ministry of Defense Igor Konashenkov – ed.),” stressed the spokesman of the Russian leader.
So he responded to a request to comment on the situation related to the battles, in particular, in the settlement area of Balakliya, Kharkov region.
Recall that on September 6, the Ukrainian military launched a counter-offensive in the direction of Kharkiv.
On Thursday, September 8, it became known about the de-occupation of more than 20 settlements in the Kharkiv region.
