In the Kharkiv region, the Armed Forces of Ukraine advanced 50 km – General Staff

Personnel of the occupation troops dressed in civilian clothes went into desertion and tried to return to the territory of the Russian Federation, the General Staff reports.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine published a summary of the Russian military offensive on Friday morning, September 9th.

The enemy focused his efforts on establishing full control over the territory of Donetsk region, keeping the temporarily captured areas of Kherson, parts of Kharkov, Zaporozhye and Nikolaev regions.

Over the past day, the enemy launched 45 air and five missile strikes, including the settlements of Konstantinovka, Tsirkuny, Radushnoye, Kharkov. There were civilian casualties.

In the direction of Seversk, the intensity of shelling from the enemy was significantly reduced. In other directions, the enemy continued to inflict heavy losses on the military and civilian affairs of Ukraine:

in the direction of Kharkiv – in the areas of the settlements of Udy, Sosnovka, Duvanka, Tsupovka, Prudyanka, Dementievka, Bolshie Passes, Pitomnik, Russian Tishki, Petrovka, Pobeda, Bayrak and Konstantinovka;

in the Slavic direction – near the Valley, Krasnopolye, Slavyansk and Nikolsky;

in the direction of Kramatorsk – in the areas of the settlements of Bogorodichnoye, Novonikolaevka, Serebryanka, Seversk, Verkhnekamenskoye, Ivano-Daryevka, Controversial, Razdolevka and Grigorovka;

in the direction of Bakhmut – near Yakovlevka, Soledar, Bakhmutsky, Bakhmut, Vesela Dolina, Zaitsev, New York and Veselo;

in the Avdeevsky direction – in Kamenka, Avdeevka, Pervomaisky, Vodyanoye and Nakaranas districts;

in the Novopavlovsky direction – near Maryinka, Praskoveevka, Novomikhailovka, Velyka Novoselka, Novoukrainka, Prechistovka and Nikolsky;

in the direction of Zaporozhye – in the areas of settlements Novopol, Vremovka, Poltavka, Zheleznodorozhnoye, Krasnoe, Novoandreevka and Orekhov;

in the direction of Yuzhnobuzh – in the areas of the settlements of Arkhangelskoye, Novovoznesenskoye, Mirolyubovka, Novovoskresenskoye, Belogorka, Novogrigorovka, Shevchenkovo, Lyubomirovka, Ternovye Pody, Stepnaya Dolina, Mirnoye, Olgino and, Aleksrichandrovka.

“In connection with the offensive of our troops in some areas of the Kherson region, units of the armed forces of the Russian Federation are switching to tactics of terrorist actions against local civilians. So, according to the available information, in the village of Velikaya Aleksandrovka, the occupiers are using the local population as a “human resource.” The settlement is closed for entry and exit,” the General Staff said in a statement.

It is reported that the units of the defense forces heroically held their positions and did not allow the advance of the enemy: the offensive of the enemy was successfully repelled in the areas of the settlements of Udy, Konstantinovka, Vernopolye, Plosk, Mayorsk , Bezymyannoye and Kamenka .

The missile and artillery forces of our ground groupings continue to carry out tasks of counter-battery combat, disruption of the command and control system and logistics support, destruction of enemy manpower and military equipment.

“In the past day, to support the actions of the ground groups, the Defense Forces aircraft made more than 20 strikes, hitting two platoon strongholds, 15 places of concentration of manpower and military equipment, 3 anti-aircraft missile systems. Four UAVs and one Ka-52 helicopter were destroyed. The enemy refers to the loss of manpower,” reported the spokesman of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
