The suspension of Nord Stream 2 AG’s bankruptcy will take effect from September 10, 2022 to January 10, 2023.
The bankruptcy procedure for Nord Stream 2 AG, the operator of the Russian Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline, has been suspended until January 2023. RBC-Ukraine reported this in connection with the official trade bulletin of Switzerland.
As follows from the message, the court of the Swiss canton of Zug extended a temporary moratorium on the payment of the company’s loans for four months at the request of Nord Stream 2 AG. Transliq AG retained its status as interim manager.
The bankruptcy stay will be in effect from September 10, 2022 to January 10, 2023.
Recall that in February, Germany withheld the certification of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline after Russia’s decision to recognize the LDNR and start a war against Ukraine.
