Four collaborators who led pseudo-organs in the temporarily occupied territory of the Zaporozhye region were declared suspects. Another – will be judged. On Wednesday, September 7, the Office of the Prosecutor General reported.
It was noted that five citizens of Ukraine voluntarily cooperated with the occupying authorities and were appointed to positions in illegally created law enforcement and other authorities and actively ensured their activities.
“The Zaporozhye Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported suspicion on four of them, and an indictment was sent to the court against another. They were charged with collaborative activities (Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine),” the report said.
So, according to the prosecutor’s office, in June 2022, a resident of the Odessa region accepted the offer of representatives of the aggressor country and took the pseudo-position of the head of the Velikobelozersky district police department.
In addition, a resident of the village of Dneprorudny headed the so-called “Dneprorudnensky district police department.”
In May 2022, another suspect was appointed by representatives of the aggressor country to the pseudo-position of “Chairman of the Kirillovskaya village administration.”
A resident of Berdyansk, a former employee of the district power grids, by agreement of the so-called “chairman of the military-civilian administration of the city of Berdyansk,” became the chairman of the military-civilian administration of the Andreevsky UTC of the region of Berdyansk, which was illegally created by the occupation authorities.
Another resident of Berdyansk will also be sentenced, who initially headed the so-called “Energodar inter-district police department”, and since May 2022 was appointed “deputy head of the main department” in the illegal law enforcement agency of temporarily occupied Energodar – the “People’s Militia of the Taurida Governorate”.
