In the past day, the enemy has lost 39 soldiers and four equipment in the south of Ukraine.
In the Kherson region, four captured Russians were exchanged for five Ukrainian soldiers. This was reported by Operational Command South on the night of Friday, April 15.
“After tight negotiations, we were able to reach agreements on the exchange of prisoners in the area of the village of Posad-Pokrovskoye, where four captured Russian soldiers were exchanged with five of us,” the report said.
The command also mentioned that in the past day, the enemy killed 39 soldiers in southern Ukraine and four pieces of equipment, including armored vehicles and UAVs.
On the eve it was reported that Ukraine and Russia held the fourth exchange of prisoners. As a result, it is possible to return 30 people – 22 military and eight civilians.
