To prevent uncontrolled withdrawal of capital abroad, the National Bank prohibited banks from early repayment of loans they received from non-residents.
The NBU also states that non -cash sale of currency by banks to individuals is strictly prohibited, with a few exceptions.
Ukrainian refugees can exchange up to 10,000 hryvnias in cash in EU countries at the rate of the National Bank. Appropriate recommendations can be signed around April 19th.
