The top management of the Vinnytsia enterprise tried to hide finished products and raw materials from nationalization, the SBU said.
In Ukraine, the assets of one of the enterprises in Vinnitsa worth more than 2 billion hryvnias, controlled by a Russian oligarch and a member of the United Russia party, were arrested and transferred to the management of the Asset Tracing and Management Agency (WEAPONS). This was reported by the SBU on Friday, September 2.
It is indicated that we are talking about a company that specializes in the production of household chemicals. In particular, the following were transferred to state administration:
-
corporate rights in the amount of 100% of the authorized capital of the company in the amount of more than UAH 1.5 billion;
-
manufactured goods and raw materials, worth more than 500 million Hryvnias, which are in warehouses of the enterprise.
“The top management of the enterprise tried to hide finished products and raw materials from nationalization. After the start of a full-scale invasion of Russia, they began the process of withdrawing assets from Ukraine in interest of the Russian owner. Thanks to the intervention of the SBU, the scheme was exposed and the withdrawal of the company’s assets was not allowed,” the report said.
