The conquerors were forced to take this step because of the widespread refusal of the teachers of Melitopol to cooperate with the enemy.
The Russians brought more than 500 teachers from the Russian Federation to the occupied region of Melitopol, Zaporozhye, promising them “free housing” and “high salaries.” The mayor of Melitopol, Ivan Fedorov, announced this on the air of the telethon.
According to Fedorov, the invaders were forced to take this step because of the mass refusal of Melitopol teachers to cooperate with the enemy.
“Our brave teachers, school directors, kindergarten directors, for the most part, refused to collaborate with the enemy. Only 10% of the employees of the education department agreed to become collaborators, but most technical specialists. Not a single director – the organizer of education agreed to cooperate with the occupier,” – emphasized the mayor of the city.
It is reported that Russian teachers daily force children to sing the anthem of the Russian Federation and raise the flag of the aggressor country.
Earlier it was reported that the Ukrainian military destroyed one of the largest Russian bases, built by the invaders in Melitopol.
After a series of explosions in the city, the invaders removed a military hospital from Melitopol.
