Today, August 26, 2022, at 21:15, the second of the ZNPP power units that were shut down yesterday was connected to the grid, the power increase continues. Energoatom reports.

“There are no comments on the operation of equipment and security systems. We remind you that today at 14.04 the first of the power units that stopped yesterday was connected to the network. So, the Zaporozhye NPP, despite many provocations of invaders, continues to work in the energy system and meet our country’s needs for electricity,” it said. in the message.

Energoatom celebrates the self-asserted work of station workers.

“Nuclear workers of Zaporizhzhya NPP are real heroes! They tirelessly and firmly hold on their shoulders the nuclear and radiation safety of Ukraine and the whole of Europe and selflessly work so that their own country has life-giving electricity,” reports Energoatom.

On the eve of ZNPP for the first time in history was completely disconnected from the power grid.
