The dry cargo ship Kafkam Etler will deliver 2,437 tons of corn to Turkey, where the ship will be examined by specialists.
As part of the grain initiative, on Tuesday, August 23, a flight of a dry cargo ship was agreed, which will deliver food from Ukraine to Turkey. It was reported to the Joint Coordinating Center (JCC) in Istanbul.
As indicated, the ship Kafkam Etler with 2437 tons of corn will depart from Chernomorsk. The exact time of departure was not reported.
According to the SKC, an inspection of nine vessels was conducted the previous day, the inspection of six more is scheduled for Tuesday.
Recall that on August 22, two ships with Ukrainian grain left the port of Chornomorsk – the bulk carrier Great Arsenal will deliver 25 thousand tons of wheat to Egypt, and the dry cargo ship Maranta – 5.3 thousand tons of corn to Greece.
A day before, two ships with food left Chornomorsk, one from Odessa, and one from the port of Pivdenny.
