Zelensky stressed the special irony of using the Ukrainian military uniform of the People’s Deputy to escape and offered to exchange the traitor.
“Well, if Medvedchuk chose his own military uniform, he would be under the rules during the war. I suggest that the Russian Federation exchange this man with you for our boys and our girls now. is in Russia’s captivity. Therefore, it is important that our law enforcement agencies and the military have also considered this possibility, “the president said.
